- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
3. Exchanges:
- Items must be returned within 14 days and meet return condition criteria.
- Processing: Exchanges are processed and shipped within 5 business days, subject to availability.
- Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for return and reshipping costs unless due to our error.

- Pack items securely in original packaging
- the shipping company will pick up the package from you within 2 days and deliver it to us. After we receive the delivery, we will process the exchange or refund
